Shipping Information

When can I expect my order to ship? 

Most items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes, including cancellations, to orders after they have been submitted.

How will I know when my order has shipped? 

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). 

Do you ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses? 

Yes, we ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express delivery are unavailable for these destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

What is Giddy's return policy? 

All sales are considered final.  If you have any questions after your receive your purchase, contact us.  We'll consider returns for store credit and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.   Please double check measurements as we cannot accept returns due to improper fit. For further information about our return policy, please visit our returns page. 

Ordering & Payment

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay, and PayPal.

Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order? 

This is likely because we could not obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

Please contact us if this happens and you would like to hold an item while you are waiting for the authorization response; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.

How do I use a promo code? 

Promo codes may be entered in your basket. In the right-hand column, click Enter a Promo Code and enter the code. Only one promo code may be applied per order.

Please note that exclusions vary from promotion to promotion.

We occasionally carry products from vendors that supply newly designed products on a case by case basis. Please contact us with questions or any inquiries. 

Industry Members

I'm working on a shoot/event. Do you rent items as well as sell them? 

Yes, we do rent our items on a case by case basis, and we love to sell our items to industry members! Please contact us and let us know what project you're working on, and we can gladly discuss details.

Cleaning

Do you clean all of your vintage clothing before selling? Can you give me tips for cleaning my vintage?
We clean every item in our shop, unless specifically mentioned in the listing details. Each vintage item requires a different type of cleaning care, so we can offer suggestions based on items individually. Contact us about particular items and we will be happy to offer our support!

Who is the Giddy Vintage Team? 
Giddy Vintage is a family run business managed by two. Alyssa is the owner, buyer, researcher, photographer, website guru, and customer care specialist, among other things. Jesse photographs and edits content, and oversees back end business. We love working hard to make sure you get your Giddy goods!
