Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the time of receipt of payment. If there is going to be a delay in shipping, we'll contact you. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us prior to placing your order. All rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the item(s) purchased. You can find the shipping rates/options for your destination once you've added your items to the shopping cart (on the cart page).

- DOMESTIC/US SHIPPING
All US domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Please contact us at the time of purchase if you have special shipping requests. Insurance is available upon request at the buyers expense. Giddy Vintage is not responsible for lost packages.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. USPS First Class mail does NOT include tracking information and could take up to 6 weeks for delivery (although it normally takes only a couple of weeks). USPS Priority Mail does (in most cases, depending on the country of destination) include tracking information. Insurance for international orders is available at the buyers expense. Please contact us at the time of purchase if you have any special shipping requests. Giddy Vintage is not responsible for lost packages.
Giddy Vintage is not responsible for any incurred VAT or customs taxes. Any fees or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to high rate of lost packages, shipments to Italy, Poland, Brazil, Russia, and China must be sent using USPS Priority Mail.
Giddy Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We're confident that you'll love your purchase from Giddy Vintage! We take pride in accurately photographing, describing, and measuring each item so you know exactly what you're purchasing. We're more than happy to answer any questions and provide additional measurements and/or photographs prior to your purchase.
All sales are considered final. If you have any questions after your receive your purchase, contact us. We'll consider returns for store credit and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please double check measurements as we cannot accept returns due to improper fit.
- Before proceeding with any return, you must contact us for a customer return number. NO refunds or exchanges will be given without this number. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if you have any questions about your purchase. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- We should receive your returned item within 7 days (15 for international customers) of authorizing your return and giving you a customer return number.
- Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for 7 days for store credits/exchanges to be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable. If original tags are present, they must not be removed. We cannot accept for return any item that has been worn, laundered, altered, or damaged after you received it.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Lingerie, swimwear, sale items, items marked "AS IS" (these will be clearly marked in the listing), certain older/delicate items such as items older than 1930s cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases (including perfumes). Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, any items marked "final sale" on the listing
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use, any media, including but not limited to CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs or any VAT/customs charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please insure that the package you're returning has proper tracking and necessary insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged packages during the return process, and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. International returns MUST be shipped with tracking information.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
